Ether Insurance Group LLC is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, rely on captions, or need larger text and reduced motion. Insurance is not optional, so getting a quote or a certificate should not depend on how you use a computer.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is the benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance and by most state accessibility requirements.

Meeting a standard is not a one-time event. Every time we add a page or change a form, it can regress — so we treat it as maintenance, not a certificate to hang on the wall.

The site was audited against WCAG 2.2 AA on August 5, 2026, using automated tooling plus manual keyboard and screen-reader review, with colour contrast measured on the rendered page rather than estimated.

Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every control and a skip link to the main content. Form fields carry proper labels, required fields are announced as required, and error messages are linked to the field they belong to so a screen reader reads the reason, not just that something is wrong.

Text meets the AA contrast ratio against its background. The site is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the page language declared so screen readers use the right pronunciation. If your system asks for reduced motion, animations are turned off rather than merely shortened.

We would rather tell you what is not fixed yet than claim the site is perfect. As of the date below, we are aware of the following:

The looping background video on the home page has no on-page pause control. It does not play at all if your system requests reduced motion, or on smaller screens, but a visible pause button is still the correct solution and it is not built yet.

At very narrow widths (around 320 pixels) a few pages still scroll horizontally by a small amount. We reduced this substantially in August 2026 and are still tracking the remainder.

The live chat widget is provided by a third party, so parts of its interface are outside our direct control. If it blocks you, please use the phone, email or WhatsApp options instead — they reach the same team.

If anything on this site stops you from getting what you came for, tell us and we will fix it. Email info@etherins.com or call (754) 287-5551. Please include the page address and what happened; if you use assistive technology, telling us which one helps us reproduce the problem.

We aim to reply within five business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing and give you another way to complete what you needed in the meantime — a person can always take your quote, certificate or claim over the phone.
